Ronak H Jain,The founder, enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013 has an experience of several years in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and taxation profession. He is an ardent finance professional with high levels of expertise in taxation, ERP implementation, corporate affairs and consulting.
Prior to commencement of practice he was associated with various audit assignments (Statutory & Internal) of Listed Companies, Private Limited Companies, partnership firms and other commercial institutions. Since commencement of practice he has handled Statutory Audit of Private limited companies and educational institutions, Internal Audits, Internal Control review, ERP updation & reconciliation, certification audits and process documentation. He is pursuinghis final level of Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) offered by ICAI. He pursue steaching as a hobby and is currently involved in teaching post graduate students in the field of accountancy and taxation.
He has depth knowledge of Income Tax Appeals and facing departmental scrutinies. He has expertise in Working Capital management and the lending norms of Banks/Financial Institutions and has experiences in Public Issue, Corporate Planning, Structuring and Re-structuring of Units.
